The DELTON Group has established a risk management system to ensure early and systematic identification and evaluation of risks. This enables us to avoid risks in advance or take appropriate countermeasures at an early stage in order to minimise adverse consequences.

This involves identification of the risks by so-called "risk owners" within the various business segments and DELTON AG. They are then collected in an overall risk report. This ensures that the appropriate information is made available to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of DELTON. This centralised approach yields the most comprehensive risk identification and management possible.

The installation and ongoing development of the DELTON risk management system ensures the recognition of risks, rapid communication and the timely initiation of countermeasures.
